Here is set up i got , use garden hose but can be used with a pressure washer also. https://crspotless.com/product/dic-20-high-output-rolling-system/

Foam cannon uses garden hose setup

CR Spotless paired with a dedicated electric pressure washer is definitely the way to go. Worth every penny to rinse and walk away- no more 30-45 min drying session with my electric leaf blower.
I use the more portable set up from CR- https://crspotless.com/product/simple-chuck/

Off topic a little. But what is the reasoning for closing car washes due to COVID19????

I just got my designated wash system set up about a month ago and love it. My well water has a ton of minerals in it and even with a good blow off and drying I’d get water spots. The microns tester that came with my DI system has my tap water at 700 and after the DI it tested at 10. It was hard walking away without drying but it worked great. We’ll see how many gallons I get out of the resin. B51264D1-48CF-432E-BB29-55C79467A84B.jpeg

Folks on here won’t believe that you washed your truck without providing pics. Nice that you got intimate with your truck. A good number on here will hand wash. I only use spray booth car wash in the winter but otherwise it’s done on my driveway.

I use the leaf blower attachment from my shop vac to dry the truck and then waffle weave MF towel to finish. I do the glass first and then the body panels.

And AWOL goes the OP. Guess he didn't wash it.

HELL I ZONA
I'm on the fence for the pressure washer , the one from Obsessed Garage setup around $1600 seems the way to go . If i have a ton of bugs or mud i can go down to local wash bay and pressure wash everything off for 4-5 bucks and take home and finish rinsing.

I thought I blew up my 25yo electric PW last week. Could have been the perfect chance to get a Bertolini 2000psi PW.

Unfortunately, I fixed it.

Kranzle Pressure washer are they way to go

Nice Setup Dustan
The kranzle is a nice in place unit but I’ve also heard good things about the comet 1700. Obsessed garage sells it as well and it’s nice because it’s static which means it shuts off when the trigger isn’t pulled. It also is a all in one unit and priced a lot cheaper
