We've been making these custom Raptor steering wheels for a while, but haven't posted this version before.
Many options, including color-matched fiber to Ford exterior colors, to give your interior a one-off aesthetic!

Credentials -
We've been making CF parts including steering wheel mods for over 20 years. this includes a few years providing Tesla with accessory trim.

Materials-
Hexel carbon fiber – the same fiber we used to produce parts for Tesla Motors. A perfect match to the
Ford CF.
Pro-Set epoxy system - official epoxy used in the construction of ‘American Magic’ racing yacht, for the America’s Cup 2021
BASF finishing system – used throughout the industry by luxe manufacturers
Leather - Bentley/Rolls replacement leather


The aftermarket industry is flooded with products from poser suppliers and distributors offering cheaply made items of qustionable design. This is your coachbuilt alternative.

All of our products are made at our Los Angeles facility.

Thanks for your replies -
We have re-wired many steering wheels for heat. Range Rovers - perhaps 1500 over time.
One has to develop a new schematic that takes into account the 'missing' resistance wires that are cutout with the rubber to attach the wood or CF.
This new wiring has to produce the same ohm reading as the original uncut wheel.
Some wheels are more complicated to achieve this balance, than others.
So, it may not be worth the time & effort unless there are significant numbers.

You realize that even with a good schematic, it is only leather that will be heatable. So, when the modification involves most or all of the wheel, there is little or no reason to heat the remaining leather stubs left at the spokes.
We build quite a few Tesla wheels, where the issue is the same. Similar layout to the Raptor with a spoke at 6:00.

For Raptor steering wheels with one piece of CF at the top, we can re-wire those so the remaining leather is heated.

We are always open to spreading 'good cheer'! Details would need to be decided upon, e.g. round wheel or HammerHead, factory leather or other,
colored stitch, racing stripe. Sounds like fun.
