Glad I could help guys, I'm here all week, so if there are any questions you want me to ask, I'll go back.

One example he did give was, the bridge expansion joints...said the 3.0s you would feel them, and the 3.0s are rough, unless you are really getting after it, but if thats the case, you are really getting hard on your truck.

He said the springs he had made, he loved, just soaked everything up, was smooth, and was almost a floating feeling.

ANd remember all, be careful of the what you do with your 10/11 vs newer Raptors and the drive shaft angles. But I would imagine on bottom/stock perch and these springs, it would sit at mid but ride like stock, if not better.

All in all, I am getting these for several reasons: 1.) After talking to john, and hearing John now has 3.0s and would go back. 2.) PRICE $500 vs $5000...can you really go wrong trying these out? 3.) The fact that these eliminate that pogo effect the stock springs have.

Once I buy them and install them, which i'l install myself, i'll post more, which will be a little while, but I hope you all do too.

The word progressive is the bulls eye on civil manners yet, when asked to be firm it delivers. And yes, I think the cost maximizes it all on a budget. Which should make a great deal of us smile, and give thanks. The current lock on my wallet is tight as a ticks ass. But I will be prying it open "sukoshi" after I get it all the facts.

Not sure from UTV, but anything is possible, you could powder coat them in any color you want.

Would it hurt the prongs to have them re coated?

The ride is actually very good. I went from bottom perch with stock springs to mid with the progressive springs so I am not sure what he ride is like with mid and stock springs. The ride is stiffer than stock but with very little stiffness or harshness. Mid perch with progressive springs will lift your truck 3.5 to 4 inches so you can only use the on the 10 and 11 raptors. On bottom perch you would get 2 to 2.5 inches of lift. I will post some pics.

Why could you only go mod perch on the 10-11 raptors? Because of the cv angles? What's the big difference?

So,a little update. Little_D reached out to me to offer me a ride in his UTV progressive spring equipped Raptor. SO I took him up on it, great guy!

His Set-up: 2013 / UTV progressive springs on Mid perch / RPG stage 3 (SD leafs) / stock tires

First off, the stance does sit up a bit higher in the nose, which i like, pretty much level if not a little nose high with the National SD springs. Secondly, he says he has he's never had an issue with 4x4 binding, but he doesn't use 4x4 much, so 2012+, proceed with caution but looks promising.

The test drive, we just went for a little joy ride on a pretty rutted dirt road, which i was seriously impressed. It felt smoother, he was moving pretty good and it never bottomed out, and there was no pogo, just smooth. On road was smooth too, yet firm, but comfy... but we didn't drive much or far enough.

I'll give more feedback once i get back and take my truck off road next weekend. i'll also put my feedback up once i order and install these springs, because i am 100% sold on them. I'll make sure to document my before and after height and ride feel. I hope to have then in a month or so.

But at this point, I don't see how we could go wrong ordering and installing these springs, especially at the price point vs. 3.0s.
