I going to be at vista, CA next week. Will see if i can bring shocks with me for a softer valve stacks. Everything is pretty close at vista
I have been at h&m racing design and RPG, seen on the map outlaws SVC and icons shocks not more than 50 mins. I have a car so is easy for me to move around.

May I ask how you came to the 700/700 spring rate? What are you trying to achieve? Also, a Deaver +5 spring pack?

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get a grasp on what you are working on here.

H&m racing design use single rate spring on their set up, it came with a 19.5"/800psi spring lower and 10"/800psi top spring,, but i dropped my to 20"/700psi with 500/6" tender My set up is 2" higher than stock at the front
I have 700psi because my front end is lighter than h&m trucks, their engine cage with roll cage is heavier so they need higher spring rate.
RPG rear bed cage with 18" of suspension travel is ment to be 2" higher than stock, only thing their truck use national HD spring

The only thing i need to do is to take coilover for a softer valving stack, front end cant keep in contact within terrain, making front end lite

So you are wanting to lift the truck more by adding a heavier spring rate to the mix? As of right now you have about a 291lb initial spring rate and a 700lb secondary spring rate. Going to a 700/700 you will have a 350lb initial and 700lb secondary rate. This might lift the truck more and can adversely affect ride quality.

Are you talking about adding a softer compression or rebound stack because these will do different things than you might be anticipating...

Do you have a video of your truck going over rough terrain from the outside so we can see what you are talking about?

A plus +5 spring pack will lift you 3" over stock height and the truck will sit nose down...

Well that is a h&m racing design spring set up they use on their truck.

This is a recent build with fox shocks

Those are 800top/800 bottom single rate set up for that truck vs mine is a 700/700 single rate.
I will get a softer compression valve stack, is too stift.

THE REAR BED CAGE
If i use a +2 deavers my truck will sit -1" lower than stock, that is why i need a 4 arched making it +5" with shackles will rise my truck 2" higher than stock.
Ask corey they know more about their set up than me, im just listening what they have tested and works best on their build trucks.

kit looks pretty sweet….. question… did you fully bump the truck with stock parts and set the same bump (or close) with your h&m kit? I'm curious if your bump position is a little lower now thus making the truck sit higher in that sense. i don't remember anything about that in your post. i don't use my truck for 4x4 (have a 97hd 250 for that). that is why i have a 2wd truck. front crossmember is higher (slightly) meaning i can get a tad bit more bump. Either way your lca crossmember will take a beating digging in the earth. i would have loved to buy this kit when it was for sale. Unfortunately i could not afford it.

I set the bump stop with the total compressed travel leaving around a 1/2" to a 1/4" shaft out.
My truck is seating lower than top perch.
I just installed a bed cage from RPG
