Someone posted locally to our HARO Facebook page a few weeks ago that they received theirs. I was told they would be ready over a month ago. As of yet no email return or call back.

Am I the only one still waiting on the group buy fenders to ship? 3 months should be plenty of time. I am about to dispute with my CC cause I cannot get a single ******* response from these people in the form of a returned call or email. WTF

Still waiting on mine....................texting with John he says that on his end they look to be delivered to me already, ahhhh nope, nothing has shown up at my place yet. I left a message with Tim (Owner) a couple days ago but have yet to hear anything back

I just saw this thread and didn't realize some have not got their fenders yet. Please PM only if you ordered/paid and haven't received them yet. I just spoke with John who is out of town on vacation and they are handling it.

Some group buys got mixed up it sounds like and orders got marked as shipped that were not. They had to make a few extra sets to fill those orders mistakenly marked and are in progress currently and they take a few weeks. One order was supposedly lost in transit to Canada?

Anyways I'll do what I can for you.

I appreciate you looking in to this @oxfordraptor , I will wait and see if I hear from Glassworks today but it has been 3 long months of waiting and frustration (my finger is resting on the dispute button)

I had a great experience with Boatec. Bruce shipped my glass to the nearest ups store 3 days after order was placed. Thumbs up for boatec!
