I'm sorry if it's been covered, I'm sure it has but since i'm a fender n00b i'm very curious how much the install/painting could be(guesstimate obviously). Also will these need time to settle before painting?

Basic Install:
Remove headlights
Unbolt factory fender & liner (from fender)
Drill mounting holes in the fiberglass fenders (use your stock fender for reference)
Be sure to drill the mounting holes larger that the bolt size so you have some room for adjustment
Hand tighten all the bolts a couple turns
Line up the fender & adjust mounting holes if need be
Pin the fender in place with wedges, blue tape, a buddy, or all of the above
Tighten bolts

Body work does not drop into place even in oem form. If you take your time, these fenders will line up with oem quality. You may have to take the fender off 3 or 4 times. It's worth it to spend a weekend and do it right!

Prior to painting them you will need to lightly sand them to knock down the shine of the gelcoat. It's too smooth and glossy to spray primer on top of.

For those around the west Texas and lubbock area. I am willing to have them shipped to the shop and even offer it up to use for installing them. We just became a fiberwerx dealer so it would be great to have the experience on installing them.

I'm in. I can make the trip to SD if it will be available in December. Otherwise I'm open for someone in the NorCal Bay Area commercial address to share shipping with.

Adding you two!

So what's the price for 30 sets ordered...?

$300/set is the best price we can get

We lost one person so I deleted their line and updated the list to move anyone after the person up 1

My friend paid $400 for install and then he wrapped them. I'd recommend a wrap.

For those who are considering wrapping them, talk to your installer first. Mine reconnected to NOT paint the fender first. There have been issues when the wraps are removed that sometimes will screw up aftermarket paint.

Good tip Joe! We have a few guys in the NC/SC/GA area that started wrapping trucks. Disclaimer is if you help them or bring beer/food and spend a day or two with them you'll have a full wrap for about $750-800.

They have turned out very well and I think I'll go this route
