Nice Gen1. The fuse and transmission cooler are good upgrades - should change transmission fluid with addition of trans cooler. You may want to consider an oil/air separator (passenger side) PCV recirc line and Ford Racing rear dif cover. If you can't verify maintenance, you have a lot of maintenance service ahead of you. Research Roush SC maintenance requirements. Like someone said above, avoid Gen 2 shocks - you can get upgraded Gen1 shocks that fit. Braking would be the next upgrade I would suggest. Have fun with your truck!

Welcome! I have a 2011 & Gen 2 shocks will fit! I’m on Gen 2s I got new off eBay! Been on them since last July! Have not had any issues whatsoever! I actually got advice from another member on here who installed gen 2s on his 13 or 14. Rears bolt on & front just remove the collar & more part like the lower & upper control arms need to be loosened to install! Look through the forums you’ll find information on it. It’s even an more easier install if you get Gen 2s with stock springs already on them. Might need other mods if you do plan on off-roading your truck though.

Have kings on one and adding adjustable fox 3.0 to the other one. Kings and great going fast but really stiff around town. Saudi cooler with b&m or mak trans pan. Check ball joints, add adjustable UCAs, look into deaver leafs
