Being that low it could just get covered in mud right off the bat. My running boards love to collect stuff when I offroad.

At havoc I stuck a sticky mount down there and it wasn't mud that posed a problem, rocks will chew that case up quick. We just wanted it on the jump so that you could have some relation between the ground, wheel, and truck. Turned out good but the case was getting pelted the entire time.

I was running mine low on the fairing on my bike. Even the small stuff coming off sticky tires on a relatively clean track pitted my lens in just one track day. The good news is the lens kits are pretty inexpensive and you can just swap them out.

They changed that on the Hero4 cases, you can't swap the lense any more you have to buy a new case.

Yeah mine is the h3 black. That blows. I have an older H2 as well but it has the curved lens cover.

Still looking for options. I'm leaning torwards rear box corner like this. Would just need to secure for stabilizing.

Not my vid.

I like. Thought about it. Happen to know how much debris it gets? Probably less then where I have it now. The higher the better.

Did you just use a mount?

I was reading this thread...Matrix243 you started looking for a solution in July 2014...3 years later and its at stand still. lol
