I went with the 6" Manfrotto Vacuum pump mounts and while they are prices (Also have to add the cost of the mini ball head to mount the camera) they are the strongest you will get.
Today I had one mounted to the rear driver side door and you could not pull it off if you tried. Has something like 79lbs of load support.
Inside I use the ram suction cup mount which works better than the go pro suction did for me.
