Your right the cover hasnt been released yet. My truck was sponsored by Undercover for SEMA, so they gave me a cover for the show to help debut the Flex cover. According to Undercover, they should release the Flex cover sometime shortly after SEMA. They switched the ways in which they build the cover at their manufacturing plant to make it easier.

It just seems that when the Flex is completely open, it doesn't lean against the cab like the BakFlip. Other than that I really don't see a difference.

The flex folds up to a 90 degree angle up against the cab and is locked into place with struts, bak flip is not.

Flex is made out of a stronger, FRP material

The Flex will also be significantly cheaper than the F1

That I do not know. I was't able to get the perch adjustment done before the truck left. Its pretty simple to do the perch adjustment, so I would think that Safari off road would be able to do it.
