I’m running the outer ones with red lenses and have them hooked to my tail lights. So they emulate my tails (so I have “3rd” turn signals basically). The center is amber hooked to one of my Switch-Pro outputs for a “dust” light. All S2 Pro’s btw.
So in my opinion, they are way too bright for everyday turn/brake. It would be really obnoxious to those behind at a stop light.
So I found the perfect solution. It’s a dimmer made by Skene (model 275 I believe). I’ve got it wired for 10% output, and then when I activate my center amber (dust) light, it puts the outer brake/turn reds to work at full power when activated. Super slick setup.
