It will do just fine to remove greasy stains like this (1 time use). After that a damp cloth will keep it good as new.

I still wouldn't recommend using that. Interior cleaner and soft bristle brush will work wonders for something like that. And while a damp cloth will keep it clean, it's best to use a product with some sort of UV treatment to protect the dash from fading/cracking in the coming years.
