Whatever floats your boat

I even turn the white letters in, whenever possible, on raised white-letter tires. That's probably because my trucks are always dirty (I live on a dirt road), but also because I am not trying to draw attention. I prefer the stealth approach, you know, "That old truck couldn't be going that fast."

The original Pirelli Scorpion II (15x10½x31) was a superb asymmetrical tire. I believe I had to run that one with the white letters out to get the tread the way I wanted it.

Red out. When red turns pink, pink in.

I like red out, but once they go pink, turn em in.

^ this.

I should've flipped mine, they're so powdery soft pink now after 18,000 miles they're downright sassy. I guess I haven't bothered to flip em because the chunked and slashed tread is almost shot anyway, I've been really hard on 'em. About time to replace.
