Did you ever figure this out? I just took delivery of mine and I noticed the same thing last night. It does the whole dance and what not but they aren’t turning when I turn the wheel. My 23 lariat I had would even in park.
It's currently at the shop now for first oil change and to look at the headlights and issues with dead battery after parking for 11 days. Got call today and battery issue was identified as bad battery - will not hold charge and will be replaced under warranty. They are still diagnosing the headlights.

Just picked up 2024 F150 Raptor couple of weeks ago. Same issue, headlights do the dance at start up but that’s it. No adaptive headlights while driving.

That’s ridiculous man. What’s gonna **** me off is if mine is an issue as well because I just got ford to buy back my last truck to get this one. Already have the headlight issue and exhaust is rattling like crazy on start up.

Just got the truck back today (after a week). They checked and wasn't able to find any fault codes. They also updated a couple of modules with the latest firmware. They stated the headlights are working (dance at start). I told them to try it at night as obviously it's not working while moving. Unfortunately, their techs that are capable of troubleshooting this is off before it gets dark.. sigh.. I got my truck back but left the work order open - they will reach out to Ford next week for more info.

WTF is "bending" headlights.....They are adaptive headlights. This is a BS thread.

Lots of new accounts. Single digit posters etc, names as handles but I'll play along....

This...."their techs that are capable of troubleshooting this is off before it gets dark.. sigh" is BS if it's true.

1. the lights turn as long as the truck is in drive and moving above 3mph. They can tell, in daylight, if they move or not.
2. EVEN if they claim it needs to be "dark' as I live in LA as well, it starts to get dark about 4:15pm

My other point, does anyone read the owners manual anymore?

How Adaptive Headlamps Work

Whenever your headlamps are turned on and in Autolamp mode, the headlamp beams move in the same direction as the steering wheel, illuminating the path ahead. Adaptive Headlamps work when the lighting control is in the Autolamp position. The system is only active at speeds above 3 mph.

You can turn the Adaptive Headlamp on or off by using your vehicle's SYNC®** screen.
