Yes it will , was cleaning up back yard and had thrown the bed extenders back there from my 2010 Gen1 after i got the SDHQ chase rack few years ago. Was cleaning up and looking at the bolts and T handle , My 2019 Did not come with Bed EXT. Hmm they bolted right up, only thing yellow drop rod that goes in tailgate doesn't drop in hole ,it is in different position. I mainly like to use it to keep cases of beer from sliding around and groceries. Being 10 years old in Arizona sun ,it was in pretty bad shape, washed and treated it with aerospace 303. Turned out pretty good.
