Why do I care? Because idiots like you ask him stupid questions and sooner or later he’s going to stop answering all questions because he is sick of getting spammed.

Whatever brother. You do you, and I'll do me.

I respect "his" (didn't want to be a spamholl again...) opinions as well as knowledge, and consider him one of the best resources we have here. I just wanted his opinion on the video.

I don’t know why Ford (assuming the numbers are true) didn’t bump HP just a bit. I can’t recall a new generation of car or truck having the same hp as the previous gen, this would be a first.

After the build it sat about 350-375 hp at 6800 redline. It rock the autobahn back in the day...

1) the TPI motor in the 305 IROC ( and 85 Trans AM) might rev to 6800 1 time (before ventilating the block LOL)

b) you have no idea how much power it made, guesses don’t count and clearly it never went on a dyno)

3) at 350 you were 100 Hp and 150ft/lbs weaker than the current Raptor power plant you attempt to belittle.

not something I would be bragging about.

Well, I know my new truck, which I ordered will have a Black interior with red stitching and 702 horses and 650 foot pounds of torque. It will have the sound of a V8 and supercharger and I paid MSRP.... Priceless...Plus I don't have to wait until 2022 for a Ford V8 Raptor with orange and blue interior accents...a digital dash I can't stand looking at and dealing with Ford dealership and their stupid Mark ups. I love my Gen 1 and V8...I like the Gen 2, I am an old school V8 guy and I hate the sound of Fart can V6...No offence to anyone who likes V6 turbo, it just not for me....I would rather go pure EV...i.e Hummer or the cyber truck which I also have a deposit on....

Cool you got what you wanted and that’s best for you.

But you don’t like Fords digital dash and you have deposits on a Cybertruck and an EV Hummer. Pure digital platforms. This just doesn’t make plain sense bro.

Instead of shouting you mouth off, the 85 HO had a L69 engine which was carbureted. The car wasn't stock going over Germany. All the pollution shit was removed, it was 292/305 Magnum cam , value train change to rollers and swirl values , head work done, headers, balance and blue printed, 7 quart oil pan, high volume oil pump, edelbrock single plane manifold, 650 Holley which was change to a holly pro injection system when it first came out. T5 borg warner trans with a center force clutch. The car was setup to run the autobahn, not 1/4 mile.
