Does anyone know if it’s possible to order from ford the Recaro seat covers and foam to convert the base seats in a 2024 801A to the 802A and 803A Recaro’s? I have been looking and can’t find any part number/Numbers for the OEM Recaro’s. Not sure it’s possible to convert the existing seats or if the only way is to find a pair of seats someone is selling. Just looking to change driver and passenger seats.
Any help is appreciated.

Have you driven or ridden in a truck with Recaro's for any length of time? The 801 seats are WAY more comfortable, so much so, my boss is looking to swap the 801a seats from his '22 into his '24 R, which is why I found your post in a search....I agree with him, the 801a seats are wildly more comfortable. He is 6' 250lb, I'm 6'4 200 lb so not identical body type, and both favor the "cheaper" seats.

I have the Recaro seat package in my 2020. In the second owner and I replace the driver side lower seat cushion after two attempts of having an upholstery shop try and repair the bolster on the left side. I’m the second owner and the original owner had the cushion somewhat flattened out. You can only purchase the cushion from Ford and I paid a little over $500, the cover retails nearly $2k. The seats are comfortable in the sense that they really lock you in place due to the higher bolsters as well as the Alcantara. They look outstanding and although not uncomfortable on long trips I honestly like the standard seats as they offer a more plush feel and the ability to adjust yourself in the seat and easier to lean onto the center console while cruising on the highway. I’m actually considering trading for the standard seats. I apologize if this isn’t the correct thread or place to discuss this on the forum but I’m never replied or posted on a forum.

I had a 21 with recaros. Bought a 23 without. Immediately missed the recaros, happened to find a member on here who had a set and bought them. I think it was around 1500 shipped to ca from Michigan. Would do it again in a heartbeat, I find the recaros to be so much more comfortable. 6’2” 220lbs.

Agreed. 6’8 265 and the Recaros are the best seats I’ve ever sat in. Fit me perfectly.
