Gen 2 to Gen 1

I just traded a 16 Platinum with all options for a 13 Gen 1 Roush with 24K on it. Previous owner spent $$$ on aftermarket and though I've lost some technology, I am Loving it!! Missed my 2011 Raptor for a long time and I was very lucky to find this one!!!

Congratulations on that clean Gen1! I've been very pleased with my 6.2 Gen1 SCAB I bought with 85k miles on it 2 years ago. It just feels like the right truck for me.

Seems like the Gen 1's are going to be far more collectable at this point. Really looking forward to modding mine some more and getting her all cleaned up.

Nice find! But come on guys… Gen 1 better than a Gen 2… that is almost comical! It like saying a Gen 2 is better than a Gen 3…. We all have our favorites but the trucks are not even comparable from each Gen to Gen! The Gen 2 to Gen 3 is not even as much of a reach as saying a Gen 1 to Gen 2 has better overall performance! Just my opinion… and wait Ford’s lol! Nice find though!

It’s kind of like when Apple comes out with a new iPhone and says this is the best iPhone yet…well duh! Why the hell would someone buy something new when the previous model is better? ‍

It’s kind of like when Apple comes out with a new iPhone and says this is the best iPhone yet…well duh! Why the hell would someone buy something new when the previous model is better? ‍

I believe a lot of people say better and what they probably mean is better suited to match personal preference.
