Gary at Northside Ford Truck Sales in Oregon - just picked up my raptor which was ordered at MSRP. Think they may get only a few allocations (primarily a fleet / business to business dealer), my wait was ~5 months but MSRP nonetheless.

I always tell people I'm buying a vehicle within the next few days (by Friday or next Monday) and I'm shopping around for the best deal or whoever will give me .... Example $1k over invoice. It's worked for me every time.

I also bought my 2012 there with the same deal. Small dealer so not sure what allocations they have but they are great people to deal with.
