Just to follow up on my promise, I moved the Retrax Pro XR from my 2019 Gen 2 Raptor to my new 2024 Raptor R without issue. Looks to be the exact same fit to the millimeter in width, and maaaaybe the Gen 3 has a 1mm longer overall bed but there is plenty of rubber gasket in the front to space it out just right. Perfect fit. Bed mat came out of the Gen 2 and dropped right into the Gen 3 as well.
Also BuiltRight bed racks were a direct fit in the Gen 3, but do cover up the ProPower port on the driver side, and the little cubby on the passenger. Will be upgrading the driver's side one.
