Yeah, thanks for the bump. When I had the rubbers removed, Discount Tire was insistent that the rings needed to be taken off first to prevent damage. They didn't notice and/or care to orient them correctly when reassembling. I didn't bother to fix it thinking that the rings may be removed again when the next owner gets tires mounted.Free bump to say that the rings are not on correctly.
