So i have the following problem with my 2020 Raptor.

Car drives fine at normal speeds and while towing but when i drive a little higher speeds, above 90mph within a minute the gearbox will give a little stutter and from that moment its all messed up.
Temp will run up and it will randomly go true all the gears on display or looses all the power to the wheels.

Stop the car, turn ignition off and on and car will run oke again and temp will slowly go down again.

Anybody similar problems or know what the problem could be? I’m from the Netherlands so the technical support here is not that wide as in the States.

Thanks for your help!

The more info you provide, the easier it can be to find a solution.

How many miles on your vic? Does check engine light come on?

I had a similiar issue. After getting it Goosetuned, my truck would end up stuttering when I would accelerate very aggressively (85+ MPH)

I ended up replacing the coil packs and sparks because I was getting a mis-fire.

Thank you.
The problem exist for a long time. As long as i don’t drive it fast it’s oke.
Started from maybe 10k miles and it got 35k miles on it now.
No lights or codes or modifications. Just the speed limiter removed.

I ordered the Mishimoto thermal bypass valve kit. Realstreet performance told me this could maybe fix the problem.

Never try to “modify” your way out of a known problem. Fix the problem first, verify the fix is stable and THEN modify, not before. Otherwise you are stacking variables on top of unknowns.

HOW, exactly is the speed limiter removed?

Welcome FRF we would like to have an introduce topic before a problem thread...
We never heard about somenthing like this, why do you say a gear box problem ?
What is sure, is not due to hard offroad driving, you can't and have "nothing" to offroad in your coutry, right ?
