Run 93 and get the 93 PRX tune from MPT. You will love how much better it runs!

Exactly why I haven't pulled the trigger on making intake and tuning upgrades (that and I'm still under warranty).

MPT also makes a very capable 91 PRX tune for those who cannot get 93. Unless you are looking for more bling/sound under the hood and the high possibility of CELs, I would skip the intake. For the cost, they provide practically zero performance improvements.

1st off, I personally don't care about cost considering I spend $1500.00 to $2000.00 a week in me Large Car Peterbilt. But on the other hand, I do get my best Performance with 93 Octane as others have said here. You will definitely notice a difference.
