Is anyone running the Full Race catch can without triggering the CEL?

Any Whipple Stage 1 trucks found a way to make it work?

Any Whipple Stage 1 trucks using other brands of catch cans without issues?

This is a known issue to Full Race, but they have no solution (other than ignoring the sensor with a custom tune). I have no near term plans for a custom tune. So I need to fix this, or I will probably look to switch to a different catch can.

I am running:

Whipple Stage 1 tune
Whipple CAI kit (supposedly this is the culprit, too much airflow considered to be a leak by the sensor)
Full Race Intercooler
Full Race Catch Can

The UPR catch can is known for causing the CEL issue.

I believe you are thinking of full race. I haven’t heard anything about upr causing cel

this.

The UPR does not connect to the driver's side crank case ventilation system ( which is where the sensor is that throws this code.). The air flow is above spec when you gut the pcv.

If this is the case can't you just put a restriction pill in the line to reduce airflow to match the OEM air flow?

So... if you want complete coverage, for both sides of the engine and during WOT, which catch can is the way to go?
