It's not a Raptor, it's a lifted F-150 FX4 EcoBoost with the front and rear fenders and hood/grille.

The suspension is the only giveaway. Probably one of the best done clones I've seen. Plus, almost all the parts were take-offs from Raptors that went into his shop for aftermarket fenders.
