R was finally delivered in so my '17 is for sale. Single owner. 802A. No accidents - has a scratch on passenger rear fender from a sneaky mailbox. Been an awesome truck but apparently I don't need both... the his-and-hers option didn't fly.

Mods -- everything was done when I first got it except the tune -- that was Jan 2020.

Too bad you didn’t want to sell 6 months ago. I live within an hour of you. Ended up with a 2019 Scab 800A and a 2023 802A. I know you won’t…. Cause I wouldn’t… I’d be interested in the RPG bump stop kit… just sayin…

I never had to use it but my research found that a) Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act means they can only decline a repair if directly related to a modification
b) very much depends on the dealer c) flashing back is simple and apparently leaves the same indicators as disconnecting the battery (resets runtime hours counter)

All tunes leave traces, don't let people tell you otherwise

And people who cite Magnuson-Moss are only partly correct because in reality, the dealer will say its not covered due to your tune.

You can waive around the MMW papers all you want, but that's not going to make the dealer fix it. They will just say no. From there, your options are find a different dealer or file a lawsuit to prove that the dealer should have fixed the issue.
