Front Shocks

I have a 2018 Raptor and I was recently hit on the front drivers side. The shop says I need to replace the shocks but they can't find any. Does anyone know where I can find some so I can get my truck back on the road?

I am happy to report that Ford found what they needed to make my repair. Thanks to everyone who replied to my need I really appreciate it. I am very anxious to get my truck back, its been out of commission since 12/4. Very disappointed in State Farm Insurance. Not such a good neighbor.
