The lock pick is a great unit, if you have a factory rear camera, and looking to add a aftermarket front camera, if you happen not to have no camera's and put aftermarket front and rear it's a great unit. Now for the people with front and rear camera's from the factory, hands down the NAV-TV is the one to use, they are the only one's who figured out how to bypass the factory front camera.

as posted, nav-tv is the only one to be able to override the front camera.

Speaking of this, is there a new harness for the 2012's? I still have not installed mine but getting ready and I heard that there is another plug and play harness available.

holy crap, you still havent put it in yet? if yours has a harness, then there is no change.

So, maybe I'm being dense. The nav-tv is better than lock pick because it can access the front cam? I just ordered a lock pick and they claim they access the front cam too. Hopefully I can install it this week and find out. Or maybe I simply misunderstood. Either way, it's in the mail.

So if I understand correctly, this will allow you to turn on the front camera without jumping through Ford's hoops? What about for parking, will the reverse camera take over as normal when you shift to reverse then back to the front camera when in drive?
