Front license plate reposition

Does anyone know where I can get a license plate holder to the side? In OR so it’s a requirement but if I understand it correctly the standard place blocks airflow to the intercooler?

This is the best place to relocate a front license plate to….

***it’s a requirement in CA too, this will mark the 17th year, over 4 vehicles that I’ve never once been hassled for driving without one.

Using the same - works well! Wasn’t overly impressed with the included hardware quality but it got it done regardless

Front plates are also required in WA. It's been probably 20 years since I ran one though.
