front left vibration

Tire pressures are all good.

Rims are stock. Only chnages to wheels are r1 concepts pads and rotors from over a year ago.

Im going to pull it in the garage tonight and pull the tires off. Rotate the tires and check wear. Also will check the rotors and pads.

Based on the vibration im thinking maybe the 4x4 also.

Tires rotated. Brakes look good. Tires look good. Starting to think its the 4x4 system.

I have an appointment at the dealership for friday.....I'll update this if they can figure it out

Dealership check 4wheel drive system. Could find nothing and could not replicate it. To be continued......

Had the same thing happening. Vibration when going 5-15 MPH. once and a while i could hear it at speed but harder to notice. Ended up being Left Front IWE Actuator Asy. Replaced for free with warranty. Sound is gone. Hope this helps.

Thanks. Mine was only happening intermittently. I still took it into the dealership. They said they couldn't replicate it. So in other words im waiting for it to go completely out. So my warranty will cover it.

That's how it started with mine over the course of a week. Happened once then stopped. Few days later again but worse. Then after a week, it was constant at that speed. Did they look at your shaft U joints?

yea they claim they didn't find anything. Its been almost two weeks since it last did it. I'm going to be pissed when i have to go back in. Maybe I'll try driving around in 4 wheel drive for a while.

I hope you get it to happen again as well as Ford so it can be fixed. Like I said, it's the exact symptoms I was having and I know how annoying it was in parking lots and coming to stops. 4 wheel made it stop for me, only happened in 2 wheel.

Went back to the dealership today. Went out with the mechanic and hes going to replace both the front iwe assemblies.
