Front end clunk after cam phaser repair...

Hello, i had my phasers done a while ago and ever after i have a light clunk noise when going low speed over bumps. I read on here it can be the shock nuts being loose. I do not see the dealer messing with those thou, could it just be a coincidence? 2018 with 35k miles. Something else to look for? How easy are those bolts to get too? Currently have a broken collar bone so motion is limited, thanks for any input.

seems like they usually take off the cab to do them, could be they didnt put it back on properly?

Check your sway bar links..... i had this issue on driver side real early like 20k miles. Chased that sound for a long time.
