Front camera relocation

I mean the last thing I can think of is you could relocate it into the bumper and cut out a small area, rectangular. Then you could tilt it in pretty much any angle you wanted. I'm outta any other ideas. I've got a fab buddy that has a jenny, I'll reach out to him and see if he's got any bright ideas. You on Instagram?

I have a camera relocation kit that I make that works with my light mount. It was definitely annoying seeing mostly the sides of the light in the camera view. Now it’s just like it was stock.

I see what you did there. Cover up the hole where camera was factory mounted, made a brushed stainless bracket and utilized the light adjustment bolts to hold the new bracket in place. Am I close?

I’ve made a couple for guys running the light hoop for the ADD Pro bolt on bumper.

yeah basically, except I haven’t made a plug yet for the original hole. It’s a bit of a hassle because you have to take the grill apart to remove the old housing and rearrange the wires and washer tubing enough to reach.

But yes, it mounts to the side of the light bracket. So it’s highly dependent on the light spacing and if you’re using LP9’s or LP6’s. But it works great!

I like this idea but isn't the point of it facing down so that when your nose is pointed at the sky you can see what you're coming up on our over?

How nice that truck is I doubt he crawls or goes off a graded trail lol. But I was thinking the same the camera has to point at a downward angle to be effective for what it’s intended for. For mall crawling that’s perfect. Like the swarfworks idea but doesn’t work for a aftermarket bumper but maybe a future offering? So far the moving it up and cutting a new hole seems the best option

I've gotta drop my skid and fabfours bumper this weekend anyway for some prerun adjustments, I'll dig around and see if maybe I can find another alternative, not sure how long the oem camera cable is though.
