Front Bumpers & winches

I want a decent front bumper, and the little loop thingies on the top to helpt protect the grill and lights a bit from bushes and stuff.
I will be putting a winch on it as well.
Is there such a thing, that's not too heavy?
I don't want to have to add any more weight on the front than is really needed.
Is aluminum maybe better? And if so who makes them in aluminum?
