I'd be interested in a weld yourself one if someone offered one. I have a bender so I could make my own but I really want the front tube rolled to match the front of the truck and I don't have a roller.

I was thinking about trying to find someone local with a roller and have the front tube done and then do the rest myself. If I find someone, I'll let you know... from the post below, sounds like we could work something out with The Custom Truck Shop...

Oh I would totally be down for that. If you find someone willing, let me know. You thinking 1.5 inch diameter?

I was actually thinking 1.75, .120 DOM. IDK, 1.5 would work fine too. We could find out if their machine is already set for a certain diameter and how much trouble/or easy it is to change...

1.75 would be easier for me actually cause those are the dies I have for my bender for the rest of the tube so that would be perfect.

Goathearder, just about to buy that die for my JD model 32 bender to do my chase rack.

You have the 5.5" radius die? Will it smoothly bend .090? It says min is .095, but I was thinking for bends under 100 deg it might be ok?
