Go ahead and turn on the trip computer and do the math. You wont get that sorta miles before fill up. 15mpg is the most I can get outta my gen 3 35. If you do, then my truck has a problem

My Gen 1 has a 36 gal tank. Have they not all since the beginning?

all the crewcabs have a 36 gallon tank. the supercabs have a 26 gallon tank

The range is merely an estimate. If you drive like a sister on way to Sunday service, perhaps. If you drive like @Oldfart after an escaping goat, fughedaboutit.

mine at times will show over 600 miles. If I’ve been towing, take trailer off and fill up, it will show around 300 and climb as I drive as it figures it out.

Yeah, you can definitely squeeze a lot ‘mo’ juice out but I certainly don‘t recommend it.
