Don't know if I'm missing any past discussion... But for as much as he's done for the Raptor community you would think one of the venders would've volunteered to fix his truck.

Who is Trey?

....and you better not play with yourself while driving :signs8:

Treypal is his call sign on FRF...I am by no means a Radio geek, but this little thing is cool. I picked up FM radio stations, the marine weather out of Wakefield, which is about 75 miles as a grow flies...the reception is better than my Icom Handheld VHF. Picked up marine 16 and 68 as well...

So, he sells these or this was a one time deal? Reason is I will be looking to pick one up after the more critical preps for HITH.

I don't know...I think Trey helped with the radios for the Snowball and is doing the same for this run...shoot Treypal a PM and I am sure he would help you out...

I might be hitting Trey up again for a few more radios...

It just wasn't in the cards to fix my raptor up. I considered it. And a bunch of vendors offered to help. And I was close to working with some of em. But at the end of the day it would still be a raptor with a 5.4 with 100k miles that has been wrecked. My next truck is going to be pretty awesome too.

I can program a variety of radios. I'm not a dealer for any of the ones I program. I sell them for a few bucks more than I get them for to do the programming. Not saying you can't do it yourself but I have a pretty good frequency list. I test every model I sell out in the dirt before I sell them. And if they break. Ill replace em.
