FRF's "Havoc in the Hills" Raptor Event - 9/26/13-9/29/13

I don't know if this has been addressed yet, but will there be any facilities for participants to hang out during the times that we won't be on the track? If not, should folks bring some EZ ups and folding chairs?

I apologize if this has already been discussed, but I didn't really want to wade through the nearly 2700, mostly off-topic, posts in this thread!
