Is it going to be a bucket in front of each prize and we can throw our tickets in what we would like to win?

1 for blue tickets, 1 for red tickets.

We will name off a prize starting from the bottom and pull a ticket. That is the winner.

Would it be to possible to have the person with the first winning ticket to pick what they want. And second person pick the second prize etc... this way people could get things they want and avoid getting things they might already have?

Our do the tricky tray style raffle were there is a bucket for each prize. So again people would win what they were interested in. Like Huck said.

I don't see that working really. I truly believe that it being completely random would be better than allowing folks to pick and choose, but that's just me? Otherwise there COULD be some butthurt or, God Forbid, accusations of fixing.
