I have a Tire Rack going in next week that uses the 4 front bed bolts. I have a quick release so I dont need to keep taking the bed bolts out when i want to remove the rack. My suggestion, for what it is worth, take it to your dealer and ask them to take care them up for you.

Lucky for me I did not have any issues and they came right out, but you do NOT want to **** up the nut...

Can I get more info on why to heat from underneath? because I'm install 6 d-rings soon to strap the spare down.

Pretty much what everyone has said. I tried to take mine off by hand and impact and broke 5 T50's and one bolt broke the nut clip and would just spin.
Had to lift up the truck bed to cut it out.
Save yourself the headache and if it doesn't come loose right away just heat it.
I used a plumbing torch and just got the bolts pretty hot and came right out.
Be careful for any wires/ lines in the area. The gas tank area is the worst and that's the one I happened to brake.
Like Wilson said heat the nut.
Hockster said they place a bit of loctite on the nuts and heating will help separate them.

Damn now your making me wonder.. lol

I was going to start a random thread but I'll just say it here. FRF has a ton of helpful friendly people and has tons of information. Yeah there's a few bad apples but what forum doesn't have those. When I had my 04 Silverado crewcab and was part of the GM truck forums it didnt feel like this. :waytogo::handshake:
