Looks nice...did you do anything special to prep the clippers before you painted, and what paint did you use...

Yeah...I think I am going to get some high heat red and paint them up...

I am thinking they will need to be cleaned up really well, maybe a wire brush to get them prepped prior to painting...

Nick...what color you thinking for your truck? blue maybe?

i was thinking red but now with the blue accents i may do blue.

i have used duplicolor caliper paint kits with great results. it comes with just about everything u need.

Used Eastwood caliper paint ordered from their site. Used brake clean to get the dirt and grime off. Scuffed them with a sanding pad. I did remove the calipers from the truck and just hung them from a bungee. Left the brake hoses attached. Just taped up what I did not want painted. Painted the brake pads also. Not the friction part though. Lol. Took the rotors off also and painted the bare parts too. Came out pretty good. G2 makes a 2 part epoxy paint that you just paint on with a brush. It is supposed to be the best. But Eastwood makes a good product. And no chipping or peeling yet. Did mine when I first got the truck. So about 2 and a half years on mine.

The eastwood paint is great, I've used it on a couple of previous vehicles. Looks great and holds up really well.
