I will be running a completely stock truck even on low perch. I read bluesvt sticky on "how to offroad in your raptor" as this is my first true off road adventure, he mentions how the frame of other owners has been fatigued on previous adventures. I know the risks involved and the stories but are the jumps set up on this course potentially dangerous enough or big enough to cause damage to the frame on factory bumps.. thanks for any input. I will be signing up by end of week next week. Can not wait!

The faster you go the higher you will jump, you don't want the truck to jump high which could bend something then don't step on the gas so much.
It's all up to you on how you drive it.
You want to make sure you drive it home?
Then take it easy.
A good insurance on protecting your frame is a bump stop kit, many good ones out there but not necessary if you don't go past your trucks limits.
I myself put one on right away because I know myself and I like to push it so better to be safe then sorry.

Thanks for the reply roger, i will look more into it but will have to think about spending that kind of $ on a once a year type of event. I will just not push it very hard on the jumps.. and possibly consider it before the next event i choose to do thanks. One more thing as for tire pressures run a lower Pres? Or just keep it to factory reccomendation. (Not running beadlocks)

I run about 30-35 psi but I have run it before at 44psi.
It's preference, take a lap on stock psi and see how it feels.

There are plenty of built trucks that you can ride in that will get you hooked on off-road. You can drop your tire pressure to around 28 and not have to worry about bead locks I've gone down as low as 20 without a problem. If you want a nice slow ride around like a nice scenic tour roger is your guy if you want something a little more exciting I'm sure we can find someone for you to ride with.
