Hilarious.

Rat..you mean something like this?

I am currently in the market for a Remote Start.

Mmmmmm I'm along I-40 and we sometimes get that freezing rain and I had one hell of a time busting into my old car (F-ing minivan, Yea, insert **** bear here !) :ROFLJest:

Anyhoo, a remote start would be nice.
Thanks for the input !

Freezing rain got into my air vents. in front of the windshield that grated thing. Water got in there and froze and clogged my inlet for the inside vents. I couldn't get any air in at all. Which sucks when you need the defrost to keep your windows from fogging.

Remote start is great and all, but when there's 3" of snow on the truck, some of it is gonna get all over your seat. If you carry a snow brush in the bed of the truck and clear the top of the doorline where it hits the top of the cab - you get less.
Or just use your sleeve.

That remote start and heater works fine all the way up to when it cracks your windshield(pretty easy if you already have a chip you didn't know about). You don't want to do that with more than about an inch of snow on the windshield. Windshields around here get replaced about every three years.
