My RST 18 rack just came in so I'm getting rid of the rack I currently have. The rack is made by me, I'm a plumber by trade so the rack is all 1 1/4" sch 40 pipe (free to me).
I've had it for 2 years and it's been pretty dam good. I would change tie down points if I could do it again, but it does work well. Anyway if anyone wants this thing I'd be happy to meet up with someone and swap it into their truck.
The rack is 100% bolt-in, keeps around 30ish inches in the center open. I'm using it to hold 2 35" spares, a pro eagle 3 ton jack, fluids, 2 VP jugs, traction boards and then tie downs to hold a cooler and plano boxes down.
Check out the photos and if you're local shoot me a message on here. I don't want anything for it, just doesn't feel right throwing it away. I'll give you a can of black steel-it for touch up as well. Nothing comes with it except for the rack.

It was very nice of you to offer this rack up to folks. If you feel like it - can you answer a question just because I'm curious? Why did you bring spare wheels around with you?

(edited later)
Never mind - I was finally able to google an RST rack, so I understand. I was wondering if it was effectively spare tires, and it appears to be so.
