yes it's still a potential problem here check out the add or sdhq. i have the sdhq very nice peaces and easy install but cant go wrong with ether. i went with the sdhq just for the simple fact it will be easier to clean out.

The SDHQ that you are showing is for the front. The front does not need to be protected as the sensor itself is buried deep in the hub.

The ADD is for the back and is useful. You can also use the ADD and also install either electrical loom or cut a piece of gas line about 6 inches long that will protect the line coming out of the rear sensor on each side. I carry an extra sensor with me. it's the one for the Passenger side as it is the longest and can be used on either side. I also made my own similar to ADD but I used 3/4 inch square tubing and trimmed one side off to fit around the sensor and mounted it the same way as the ADD one goes on. It's also about 2 inches long.

Our kit includes guards for the front and back of the vehicle to ensure proper protection at all four corners. The sensor may be inside the hub but the sensor wire is very exposed to dirt and debris that can easily affects this system. Our system is very easy to clean out compared to others and each piece is specifically designed to fit on a corner of the truck so install is a snap!

My dash lit up like a Christmas tree today on my 2013. ABS, hill descent, traction control, rear locker won't lock, no off road mode, break .. The odd man out is that the rear window won't open,

I wish I had found this thread sooner. Spent the evening crawling under the truck. I found that the speed sensor was chewed in half on the driver side by my son in laws dog.

Read the entire thread but I am still not sure if I will need any special programming after I replace the sensor on the driver side

Nope. Plug and play. Haven't a clue about the rear window though. "Should" not be related. Air quotes because anything is possible..ish.

This same thing happened on my first Raptor. The sensor is in very vulnerable . My dealer warrantied it . What ever hit it was not something I saw. I was running with a little speed down a desert Trail when it happened , no real obvious reason for what ever hit so it must have just been a stone. Tim

@SDHQJASON: So this kit protects both the ABS sensors and the vacuum lines or is that all the same thing? Just a little confused. Thanks.

The guards protect the vacuum lines in the front and the speed sensor wires in the rear.
