Hi all, I plan on doing a frame cut front bumper soon and am just prepping a bit in advance. I am curious what you guys recommend/have used for the best choice for the frame end cut. Cut-off wheel or Sawzall?

Thanks in advance

I've done two with Sawzall and just flap wheeled it to perfection.. not sure you can get the wheel all the way around, but that would get you closer on your lines

I find I can cut metal much more accurately with a wheel than with a sawzall. I'd start with the grinder and whatever is left, finish with the sawzall.

for the straight up and down cut i think the sawzall worked best for me. For the angled cuts i used the cutoff wheel. Grinder works well but just throws sparks everywhere. Sawzall worked surprisingly well.
