Black and grey FP1's are sold. Still have the Classic Lip FP3 Machined. I'd love to get these FP3's on GEN3. I'll cut a deal to anyone willing to get professional photos taken with them on.

You'd have to strip the powder clear coat.

Anodized looks great but doesn't do well on a lot of parts over time, especially if they're in the sun a lot. Colors will fade or change a little. Powder is where it's at. You can probably get a set raw/uncleared and have a translucent powder coat done which gives an anodized type of look most of the time.
