Yes. There is a few different light combinations. Mine has daytime lights, which are the turn signals with HID headlights. Which is my stock setting. I added the park lights to be on with them.

I’ve been out of the windows computer/laptop game for a long time (10+ years) and I’ve been only using Apple products. So what I need to ask is probably elementary level. I want to do some Forscan usage and I know that it won’t work on my iPad but will it work on a Chrome book? Or do I have to find a true laptop with windows?

To get the full functionality, you need windows. There are lite versions for iOS and Android tablets.
