Forscan Module Initialization/relearn

Gents, just picked up a 2019 Raptor and was about to do some Forscan changes to it. Well when I hooked up and began to run configuration and programming, this came up. What exactly does this mean? It is referencing there is a tune on the truck? Another time I have used Forscan on my cars, I never had this warning pop up. Don’t want to proceed further until I understand what it really is. Thanks.
