There is an option in the dash menu (advanced) you have to cycle around and select. Can't recall the options but look there or in the manual.

3 choices if i remember for heated seats on autostart

1= off
2= auto
3= last setting used

I believe I have mine set to Auto where the climate outside will determine whether cool, none, or hot seats are turned on. Same with AC/Heat. So far its worked fine in the Winter and Summer.

I couldn't stand it anymore, went out to the parking garage to look.

With power on ACC mode I get nothing from heaters, they appear to require the engine to be on. Shouldn't impact remote start though.

I found the setting under vehicle/advanced. But only two options, and was already set to auto. They are not working as expected, they come on automatically when I enter the vehicle and press the button to start, but even idling for 2-3 minutes they remain off until I hit start.

Have coded any changes by chance?
Not yet, I own the tool and have the software installed and licensed, just going over my list of proposed tweaks and was looking for the one to turn the seat-heaters on with the remote start.

Here's my current list, the last two I will skip for now. I think mine has secure idle already and disabling the timeout could be dangerous.

Autofold Mirrors - Lincoln Style

DRL - Parking Lights & Turns only

Global Window Open/Close

Double Horn Honk disable

Driver & passenger seatbelt minder status off

Disables Door Ajar warning chime

Engine temp & Transmission temp shows above gauges

Seat Icons and Heated Steering Wheel on home & climate screen

Disable remote tailgate release

Stereo Extended Play

Panic Alarm Disabled on Fob

Powerpoint timeout disabled

Secure Idle enable

Ok, just wondering if somehow it was effected by a code, but not if you haven’t done it yet.

I did most of those too. By the way, secure idle comes enabled from the factory since 2018 so you won’t need that, but you still may want to disable the double honk. They kind of go together, although it would keep you from walking off with the engine running intentionally.

Remote started my Raptor this morning, and entered the truck about 5 minutes later. Heat was going so it was getting warm but like you said, no lights on with the heated seats. Once I pressed the start button, the 3 lights showed full heated seats but the seats were cold. The steering wheel was warm so that did heat up in remote start. My setting is Auto in the Advanced menu.

All of my IP/dash lights stay off as well until I hit start - including the seat lights. However, I can tell it was on because the seat is warm. I don't know where you are and how cold it gets, but up here in MI, I find that 5 mins is not enough for it to feel warm. A simple test for you would be to wait a little longer.
