Lol- well I’ll say same thing I do about catch cans....if you’re interested in forscan then why forego a tune? You realize ******** around w/ the forscan stuff is no different than a performance tune as far as Ford is concerned, if you’re going to void your warranty in that regard then screw the forscan May as well void it getting more HP/performance

Catch can? If you’re going to spend $400+ on a damn can & tubes that may or may not be benefit to your engine while raising a “hey look at what aftermarket stuff I got in my engine bay, deny my warranty!” If you’re gonna add something that’s clear as day to a tech & voids warranty May as well go for a huge FMIC & @ least get some
Performance benefit.

Your first paragraph is patently false. I stopped reading there.

Pedal commender is worth the money! I love it! But eco mode does suck just like another person said. The mileage does go down tho but it’s worth it.

What lights are those?
Ridged?
Did u need to use a special mount to mount them so you can read the Ridged name?
Also I see you changed out the tires ?
Nice
What size are they?

Tires are falken at3 and they are 35 x 12.50 x 17. Fuel wheels.
The lights are rigid and the bracket is a rigid bracket too.

Cant speak on the forscan but from what I read here it sounds to be a great product.

The Pedal Commander is a great device. It is really one of those things that you just need to see/feel for yourself. It takes the delay and lag out of the throttle. Makes it feel much faster. We have them listed here

Have both. For scan I really only have used it to turn off Auto stop start and the honk when you get out of the truck

Peddle commander is fantastic. Had it on my 17 and now 19 and could not imagine driving with out it now

I don’t know how some of you insane bastards drive it on sport +2

I’m on city -2 for daily and I find it perfect and not too touchy

I also have both FORScan and pedal Commander. They both are worth every penny I keep my Pedal Commander in sport mode plus one now when I put my truck in sport mode and my Pedal Commander in sport mode plus one. With my tune sit on 91 octane I have to put truck in 4x4auto because that’s the only way to keep her on the road. Don’t mean to jump topic but my truck went into limp mode today. It’s throwing codes.
Turbo Waste gate B stuck closed
Turbo A underboost condition
It’s also making a hissing/ticking Noise. Anybody that has any info suggestions please message me.

Forscan doesn’t show up as a flash to the ecm? It doesn’t leave any traces eh? If you have a random electrical issue after ******** around w/ it- will any modules that have been tweaked be covered if they fail?

I think your missing my point- which is in terms of effecting your warranty- both a catch can & forscan are as demonizing as a CAI/intercooler or a tune- only difference is risk vs reward- there’s legit performance to be had from a tune, forscan tweaks are just lame & not worth sacrificing a warranty for IMHO.

What is patently false about this? Enlighten me...you are positive forscan leaves no trace? Never heard of people “losing”
Their stock file after ******** around w/ it? I have....

Of course Forscan “leaves a trace” but what exactly are you changing to implicate the warranty? If, for example, you code Lincoln fold mirrors and the actuators stop working at 35,999 miles, is Ford going to deny your warranty because the F150 doesn’t have this by default? Is this the same module, motor and wiring used in the Navigator? I don’t know all the answers to all the possible programming contingencies, but some of the ‘what ifs’ are nonsensical. Forscan only alters the preset option to an available option. You can request the dealer program, for example fake engine noise off. If you did this and later lost a speaker, would they deny your warranty claim for the speaker because you disabled fake engine noise?

Now... if you alter the TPMS warning to let you run 32/28 psi and you wear out the stock tires in 10k miles, and whine about tire life, yeah, I can see them saying too bad, so sad ... that wouldn’t be a Ford claim anyway but hopefully I’ve articulated the point.

Forscan alters vehicle options available, it doesn’t create new options. I’d be extremely surprised if someone had a warranty claim denied due to for scan programming.
